What you will do

• Act as a technical advisor and liaison between engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Design and build technical solutions, including internal tools, scripts, and automations, with Python and JavaScript.
• Troubleshoot and optimize platform integrations and ensure smooth data flows.
• Build scalable, self-serve solutions for common workflows to reduce manual overhead.
• Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and lead small projects to implement them end to end.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a technical role involving scripting, automations, or system integrations.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to identify root causes of problems and propose effective technical solutions.
• Experience working with APIs, automation platforms, or cloud tools (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Exposure to C#, data pipelines, NLP, or machine learning concepts will be very beneficial.
