What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with hirify.global’s brand and goals.
• Manage and grow hirify.global’s presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging and high-performing content, including posts, videos, and stories.
• Track, measure, and analyze performance to continuously improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Build and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and quality.
• Lead hirify.global’s employer branding and executive social initiatives in partnership with HR and leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of managing social media for a global B2B or SaaS brand.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and content formats.
• Strong creative judgment and ability to write in a brand-consistent tone of voice.
• Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics).
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to move fast.
• Native-level English required.
