What you will do

• Design and build realistic datasets at varying complexity levels, ensuring they are clean, reproducible, and well-structured.
• Write concise, natural-language prompts tailored for business analysts, ensuring grammatical precision.
• Reproduce target visualizations with aesthetic and analytical fidelity using Python libraries.
• Define flexible and accurate correctness criteria for open-ended insight prompts.
• Rigorously check each example against quality rubrics for correctness, completeness, clarity, and justification.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in data engineering or applied data science.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python for data wrangling, visualization, and statistical testing.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, prompt crafting, and reproducible workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
• Proven success in high-impact technical environments.
• English proficiency assessment and a Python skills test will be required.
