What you will do

• Lead and manage complex cybersecurity projects across national and international environments.
• Assess risks in AI-driven systems and ensure secure integration of emerging technologies.
• Advise clients on translating regulations into actionable measures.
• Drive growth by leveraging relationships, identifying new opportunities, and preparing proposals for global clients.
• Enhance client relationships and ensure successful delivery of engagements.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and projects that strengthen cybersecurity and operational resilience.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience in one or more cybersecurity domains (e.g., Security & Risk Management, Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulations like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and NIS2.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, bridging technology, strategic evaluation, and practical implementation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich) or French (Lausanne/Geneva) at C1 level is an advantage.
