hirify.global is a TLV-based startup that’s on a mission to change the work experience for deskless employees through its business management platform.

What you will do

• Take full charge of design projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Translate complex marketing messages into compelling visual narratives.
• Design both digital assets (landing pages, social media, ads) and physical experiences (conference booths, swag).
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Partner with other departments (Content, Events, HR, Product Marketing) to elevate their work with a design-first approach.

Requirements

• Degree in Visual Communication / Graphic Design.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing design at a product company, startup, or agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing work.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience in B2B or SaaS.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Motion design / After Effects skills / AI tools.
