What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to provide guidance on career development and performance management.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee retention and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Leverage employee engagement data to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with HR colleagues to plan and execute cross-company initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner.
- Strong data management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
