What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with managers and employees to provide guidance on career development and performance management.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Lead initiatives to improve employee retention and enhance the overall employee experience.
• Leverage employee engagement data to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with HR colleagues to plan and execute cross-company initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner.
• Strong data management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
