What you will do

• Learn the tools associated with translation work.
• Follow the established translation process and raise queries when needed.
• Learn the style guide and client’s requirements.
• Keep track of personal error statistics and work on weak spots.
• Participate in internal and client-organized trainings.
• Participate in the error arbitration process.
• Meet productivity KPIs.
• Participate in internal quality meetings and quality calls organized by the client for the whole team.
• Constantly analyze own gaps and thinking of what assistance the senior members and the client can provide to help address those.

Requirements

• University degree in Linguistics/Translation OR a university degree in other fields AND relevant translation experience.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken, in a wide range of registers).
• Native fluency in Russian.
