What you will do

• Design and manage business and IT processes within Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.
• Define and optimize business processes utilizing BPMN and UML.
• Collaborate with architecture and development teams to align system requirements.
• Communicate effectively with developers and business units.
• Mentor other Salesforce IT analysts.

Requirements

• Experience with SFDC platform (Force.com IDE, SOAP/REST/Custom Webservices, Apex/Visualforce/JavaScript/SOQL, Governor Limits).
• Advanced knowledge of business process design (BPMN), UML, and object analysis.
• Active work experience with Enterprise Architect.
• Knowledge of testing processes and tools.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Basic understanding of system integration and data analysis.
• English proficiency required.
• Czech or Slovak language required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming, JavaScript.
• Knowledge and experience with direct banking channel systems.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, XML.
