What you will do

• Lead complex projects, own technical roadmap, and architecture decisions.
• Actively contribute high-quality code to critical areas and set team standards.
• Drive tech standards, lead testing coverage, and monitor KPIs to ensure excellence.
• Own platform stability, lead major incidents, and drive root cause analysis.
• Coach and mentor team members through code reviews and technical sessions.
• Conduct technical interviews, run onboarding, and represent the team in cross-functional forums.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with frontend and backend technologies at scale.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, helping teams and mentoring them to deliver higher quality code.
• Strong backend development skills with Python.
• Strong frontend development skills with React and State Management libraries (Mobx, Redux).
• Extensive experience with various DB types, queues, design patterns, and scalable architectures.
• Ability to make sound architectural decisions and scale services for millions of users.
