What you will do

• Analyze and evaluate differences between global ERP templates and local/regional needs, providing recommendations for adaptation.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other project stages for ERP solution implementation.
• Ensure compliance with local and regional legal, regulatory, and policy requirements in all ERP-related activities.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP system operations, acting as a key contact for issue resolution.

Requirements

• Relevant academic background in Supply Chain & Logistics, Information Technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience in ERP systems, particularly supporting MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and FI/CO (Finance & Controlling).
• Understanding of compliance with local and regional legal, regulatory, and policy requirements in ERP operations.
• Experience in user support, troubleshooting, and system operations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP configuration and customization.
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend technical solutions.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP environments (e.g., SAP EWM, S/4HANA).
