What you will do

• Support Scrum teams in their daily work, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and effective Scrum meetings.
• Create, implement, and improve Agile processes based on team and company needs.
• Remove obstacles that hinder team progress and encourage self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor development teams, Product Owners, and junior Scrum Masters to enhance their Agile skills.
• Work with stakeholders and leaders to maintain project transparency and promote successful Agile adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, including managing more than one Scrum team simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of Agile methods and practical experience using them.
• Ability to create, implement, and improve Agile processes for different teams and projects.
• Experience working on large projects or in big companies, including Agile transformations.
• Scrum Master certification like PSM II/III, CSP-SM or similar.
• Strong skills in running Scrum meetings and team workshops.
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams, Product Owners, and junior Scrum Masters.
• Fluent English (at least B2 level).
