What you will do

• Define and implement the overall testing strategy for a large-scale banking project.
• Plan and coordinate resources for all testing phases.
• Manage and oversee integration (SIT), system, and UAT testing.
• Lead test planning, execution, reporting, and status communication.
• Perform integration testing for REST API and messaging platforms (Pulsar/Kafka).
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing, ensuring quality in a regulated banking environment.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in QA and test leadership.
• Strong background in SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Experience with REST API testing and messaging platforms (Pulsar/Kafka).
• Performance testing experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Structured thinking and systematic approach.
• English: Communicative level required.
• Czech: Proficient level required.
