What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain the backend infrastructure.
• Ensure stability, performance, and optimize for scalability and high availability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to full-stack developers.
• Collaborate with product and design teams on features.
• Identify and resolve technical issues proactively.
• Monitor and optimize server and database performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in backend development using Python, Go, Java or similar.
• Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• Strong understanding of software development principles (design patterns, testing, CI/CD).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to work effectively in a team with excellent communication.
