• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies and support backlog clarity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Up to 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM) required; SAFe or other Agile framework certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in software product development environments.
• English proficiency (B2/C1) required for an international work environment.
