- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for SMB customers.
- Deliver tailored training sessions for product configuration and implementation.
- Guide customers to quick wins that showcase platform value and increase adoption.
- Ensure customers establish strong usage habits that drive retention and satisfaction.
- Identify at-risk clients early and create proactive churn mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and Customer Success teams as a customer advocate.
- Continuously optimize the onboarding process to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- 1+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing roles
- Experience working with SMB clients
- Strong presentation and training skills (remote and in-person)
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain software solutions
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
