What you will do

• Manage and scale all search acquisition platforms to achieve KPIs.
• Build and execute acquisition strategy with your team members.
• Analyze performance based on ROI and engagement to drive actionable insights.
• Initiate, structure, and measure A/B tests on landing pages.
• Lead all data initiatives of your team with analyst and platform teams.
• Manage, guide, challenge, and create development plans for team members.

Requirements

• At least 3 years hands-on experience managing Google search campaigns.
• Fluent English verbal and written (C1).
• Outstanding analytical and quantitative skill set.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and large-scale data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in exact science, economics, industrial engineering, marketing, business or related fields.
• “Can-do” and hands-on mentality, growth mindset, and adaptability.
