TL;DR

Customer Support Representative: Communicating with clients, ensuring app utilization, troubleshooting day-to-day problems, and enhancing customer satisfaction with an accent on delivering fast service and educating clients on best practices. Focus on prioritizing incoming tickets and providing live feedback to the Customer Success team.

Location: Ability to work hybrid in office in Melbourne and remotely from Mon-Fri. Applications accepted only from employees located in Melbourne with willingness and ability to work on site 3 days per week.

What you will do

  • Be the main point of contact for customers through various communication channels.
  • Deliver fast service while maintaining a high performance level.
  • Educate clients on hirify.global best practices according to their business needs.
  • Provide live feedback to the Customer Success team regarding missing capabilities and feature requests.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role or client facing environment (provided support in writing).
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills (English: C1+ required).
  • Service-oriented personality with a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a startup mentality, comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • A team player that enjoys getting and providing feedback, sharing ideas, and constantly improving.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, high energy, independency, and time management skills.
