Salary: $128,000 - $148,000 base + variable + equity options

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise prospects and map them to hirify.global’s platform capabilities.
• Design tailored solutions and proofs-of-value that demonstrate measurable impact.
• Prepare and deliver tailored demonstrations of hirify.global’s platform, aligning key features with customer pain points.
• Collaborate with sales teams to shape proposals that highlight hirify.global’s value.
• Serve as the technical point of contact during evaluation and implementation phases and address customer questions.
• Stay current on industry regulations, development practices, and competitor capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales engineering, technical consulting, or customer success, preferably with enterprise clients.
• Deep understanding of software development workflows, DevOps toolchains, and Application Lifecycle Management.
• Familiarity with life sciences regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA) and software validation requirements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
