What you will do

• Perform on-demand translation and copy-editing tasks.
• Manage and maintain language materials, ensuring quality standards.
• Coordinate a team of freelancers on assigned projects and accounts.
• Develop and train internal linguists and freelancers.
• Interact with clients on linguistic matters.
• Participate in the development of new and improved working processes.

Requirements

• University degree in Translation/Applied Languages or equivalent experience.
• Native level of Romanian and fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Thorough understanding of the localization process and translation industry.
• Experience as a translator in mobile apps, search engines, IT consumer products, entertainment, marketing, software UI, and websites.
• Excellent knowledge of standard CAT tools (e.g., XTM, SDL Studio) and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and provide constructive feedback.
