TL;DR

Solutions Architect (AI): Guiding new customers on how to properly set up and configure AI agents using the SalesCloser platform, ensuring they understand best practices and workflows for creating and managing their own AI agents. Focus on translating business goals into agent structures and empowering clients to complete configurations independently.

Location: 100% Remote outside of Canada; Must be prepared to work standard business hours on Pacific Time.

SalesCloser is an advanced conversational AI platform that acts as a virtual sales agent, delivering personalized sales calls, demos, and follow-ups in real-time and in multiple languages.

What you will do

  • Lead onboarding sessions that demonstrate how to set up, configure, and manage AI agents.
  • Educate customers on best practices and recommended configurations for building effective AI agents.
  • Help customers translate their business goals into clear agent structures, prompts, workflows, and inputs.
  • Guide clients through onboarding steps while empowering them to complete configurations independently.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers, providing updates, feedback, and clear next steps.
  • Coordinate a smooth handoff to the Customer Success Team Lead once onboarding is complete.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client onboarding, enablement, implementation support, or customer success roles.
  • Experience teaching or guiding customers through technical or semi-technical tools.
  • Strong ability to explain complex concepts in clear, non-technical language.
  • Client-first mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple onboarding processes.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset.
