Location: Vienna, Austria. Must be an EU citizen or hold an RWR+ card or permanent residence with unrestricted work rights in Austria. Unfortunately, we are unable to support non-EU citizens for the position at this time.

Salary: €80,000–€115,000

• Build and lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional outcomes across client engagements.
• Manage the full client lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable results.
• Guide teams through product configuration, risk-informed decision-making, and problem-solving.
• Act as a strategic advisor and point of contact for executive stakeholders.
• Provide feedback to influence product roadmap and internal process evolution.
• Mentor team members and contribute to a high-trust culture.

Requirements

• Experience in regulated, safety-critical environments such as medical devices, biotech, pharma, aerospace, or automotive.
• Comfortable navigating complex technical systems and quality documentation.
• Proven ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and guide clients through ambiguity.
• Strong operational rigor and focus on continuous improvement.
• Exceptional communication and presence.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
