What you will do

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce Flows, Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes.
• Implement Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
• Design, build, and support API-based integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Review existing org setup and propose improvements for performance and technical debt reduction.
• Advise on scalable architecture and automation patterns, promoting best practices.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security standards and data model integrity.
• Work with product owners and technical teams to translate functional needs into technical designs and support release planning, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Advanced expertise in Apex, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Extensive experience with integration approaches, including APIs, middleware, and event-driven systems.
• Skilled at analyzing system performance and recommending enhancements.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security frameworks, and Copado deployment workflows.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required (PDII is a plus).
• Proactive and constructive communication skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in distributed teams.
