What you will do

• Plan, scope, and validate project requirements with clients.
• Manage project budgets, quotes, and estimates, ensuring profitability.
• Lead internal and external teams for successful project execution and delivery.
• Oversee project activities, resolve problems, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with customers, internal teams, and external suppliers.
• Report on project scope, financials, progress, and status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in the localization industry is required.
• Proven project management experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Native-level proficiency or advanced knowledge of Italian (minimum B2 level or higher).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead large, diverse, virtual teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent working experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Machine Translation and NLP work processes.
• Technical Skills: JIRA, Confluence, Zendesk, and PowerBi.
