hirify.global is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives.

What you will do

• Lead finance transformation projects end-to-end, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and budget control.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects/workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Oversee external vendors and implementation partners to ensure alignment with project objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, progress, and status reporting to keep initiatives on track.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through regular assessments and action plans.
• Ensure solution quality and compliance, coordinating testing cycles, data validation, and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline).
• Previous experience in similar roles.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly valued.
• Strong foundational understanding of finance and accounting principles is an advantage.
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• English and Portuguese mandatory.
