What you will do
- Build and maintain partnerships with potential clients and other players in the web3 space.
- Identify new business opportunities through networks and market insights.
- Create simple, scalable processes for GTM workflows.
- Own GTM roadmap, identifying, prioritizing, and leading project execution.
- Develop and drive roadmaps to meet and exceed client-defined KPIs.
- Manage and execute cross-functional projects involving vendors, operations, product, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 2-4 years in a GTM, Partnerships, or Sales enablement role, ideally in web3 or tech.
- Strong knowledge of the web3 B2B ecosystem and a solid network in New York.
- Proactive mindset to notice gaps and fix them before they become problems.
- Comfort working with data, tools, and dashboards.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally in global tech environments.
- Ability to keep multiple priorities on track and maintain a CRM.
