What you will do
- Identify and close expansion, upgrade, and renewal opportunities.
- Perform account research, mapping, and planning to capture intelligence on organization design and strategic priorities.
- Execute account retention and expansion plans, inserting Onomi into centers of excellence and delivery units.
- Handle first-line account product, compliance, and administrative tasks.
- Report on sales activities, including CRM updates and sales forecasts.
- Build relationships with key account stakeholders, fostering trust-based relationships and influencing technology usage guidelines.
Requirements
- Experienced in tech/services sales with a self-driven, resilient mindset and strong business acumen.
- Ability to negotiate multi-year enterprise contracts and drive revenue growth.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Experience in account research, mapping, and planning.
- Ability to build relationships with key account stakeholders.
