Location: Hybrid: Vienna, Austria. Office days: Mon, Wed, Fri / Home office: Tue, Thu. Must be located in Vienna or able to relocate quickly. Unable to support non-EU citizens.

Salary: Gross annual salary starts at €85,000 + performance-based bonus and stock options.

What you will do

• Manage multiple cross-functional project timelines, dependencies, and documentation.
• Distill discussions into a single source of truth for project plans.
• Drive accountability and align teams, ensuring all discussions/projects are wrapped up.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and blockers.
• Maintain structured project tracking tools for capacity and planning.
• Support software development release management and client reports.
• Organize sprint planning, refinement, and retrospective sessions.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration and partner with leadership for strategic alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing projects in cross-functional teams (engineering, product, sales, client operations) in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage and clarify multiple project plans, timelines, dependencies, and documentation.
• Strong, concise communication skills and ability to lead/influence without authority.
• Strategic thinking with attention to detail and quality.
• Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and intensity.
• Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English.
• Knowledge of tools like Asana, Jira, or similar project management platforms.
• Experience in software development companies.
