What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, event, and community channels.
• Own the marketing roadmap, setting KPIs and translating business goals into measurable campaigns.
• Launch go-to-market (GTM) plans for new features, partnerships, and product updates.
• Oversee creation of high-quality content aligned with multiple audiences.
• Strengthen and grow the company’s brand identity within the Web3 space.
• Manage user acquisition funnels, optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, and run A/B tests across platforms.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in areas like Partner Marketing, Ecosystem Development, Web3 Marketing, Consumer Finance/Payments Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Business Development and Partnerships.
• A track record of successful marketing initiatives that have delivered significant business impact.
• Proven experience in working with diverse, cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market strategies and execute plans effectively.
• Deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technology, digital currencies, fintech, and successful marketing strategies.
• Understanding of SEO, paid ads, and growth loops.
• Ideally, based in the Americas or European time zones.
