What you will do

• Oversee performance management, career development, training, and recruitment of the Fulfillment Team (Ads, SEO, Copywriting).
• Lead marketing strategy execution to ensure client campaigns deliver measurable results and align with overall business goals.
• Manage client relationships, ensure client requirements are delivered, negotiate business outcomes, and address escalations.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors to oversee client onboarding, communication, and ongoing satisfaction.
• Understand individual client requirements and formulate plans to support and deliver them.
• Ensure the development and continual refinement of the team and meet high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role overseeing team members with diverse backgrounds.
• Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and client account management.
• Strong experience with implementing policies, procedures, and processes.
• Proven experience in SMB online marketing.
• Self-motivated with the ability to establish goals and reach them, problem solver and results-driven.
• Excellent communication, planning, presentation skills, and business acumen.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of a second language.
