What you will do

• Identify, analyze, and coordinate customer requirements and business needs.
• Develop architectural and technical solutions.
• Document and manage system requirements.
• Describe integrations with third-party services.
• Participate in database design (SQL and NoSQL).
• Formulate technical specifications for development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Experience with task management tools: Jira, Trello.
• Knowledge of how to visualize processes using UML, BPMN, ERD.
• Knowledge of databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with integration via API (REST, SOAP) and ability to work with data formats (JSON, XML).
• English level B1+/B2 and more for speaking and documentation

Nice to have

• Experience with visualization and design tools (Draw.io, Lucidchart, Miro, Figma, Balsamiq).
• Knowledge of BPMN (e.g, Camunda).
• Proficiency in analytics and data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel).
