What you will do

• Manage search acquisition platform to scale campaigns and achieve KPIs.
• Build and execute acquisition strategy for the team.
• Analyze performance based on ROI and engagement to drive actionable insights.
• Co-initiate and implement team’s performance oriented projects, seeking improvement opportunities.
• Lead data initiatives with analyst and platform teams.
• Work with CS, Sales, and product to optimize the funnel.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• “Can-do” and hands-on mentality with a growth mindset and adaptability.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google search campaigns.
• Outstanding analytical and quantitative skill set.
• Fluent English verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in exact science, economics, industrial engineering, marketing, business, or related fields.
