TL;DR
Senior Data Engineer (ETL Pipelines): Own and develop ETL pipelines that transform raw activity into clear and trustworthy insights, working closely with engineering and product teams. Focus on ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and readiness to support evolving product needs, thereby strengthening the measurement and drive of positive change for workers globally.
Location: Based in Stockholm, with part-time remote work options under our hybrid policy.

What you will do
- Take the lead in developing and designing ETL pipelines.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to continuously improve software and business processes.
- Play a key role in product innovation discussions.
- Improve working conditions for factory workers around the globe.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining ETL pipelines using tools like AWS Glue, Spark, or dbt.
- Experience working with MongoDB and SQL databases.
- Understanding of software architecture patterns and the ability to contribute to technical strategies and solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Startup mentality with adaptability, initiative, and a passion for making an impact.
- Fluent English (we are an international team).
Nice to have
- Knowledge and experience with classical statistics.
- Devops experience with exposure to AWS services.
- Understanding of security best practices in software development.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with designers, product managers, and developers.
