Quantitative Researcher (Web3): Develops and deploys mathematical trading strategies across CEXs, DEXs, and cross-chain infrastructure with an accent on improving solver economics, reducing execution latency, and building automated rebalancing systems. Focus on exploring emerging crypto protocols to identify novel trading opportunities and designing low-latency trading systems.

Location: Remote, with availability required for ~10-6PM US Eastern Time. Candidates must have work authorization in their respective location.

What you will do

• Scale existing intents infrastructure by improving solver economics and reducing execution latency.
• Build automated cross-chain inventory rebalancing systems to maximize capital efficiency.
• Develop and deploy mathematical trading strategies, including market making and statistical arbitrage across CEXs and DEXs.
• Explore emerging crypto protocols and DeFi primitives to identify novel trading opportunities.
• Design and implement low-latency trading systems from the ground up, writing performance-critical code.

Requirements

• 4+ years of quantitative research experience on a successful delta-one trading team.
• Strong programming skills in Python (for research) and Rust (for performance-critical systems).
• Solid foundation in statistics, probability theory, and numerical methods.
• Experience with large-scale data analysis and modeling.
• Interest in blockchain technology and DeFi (prior crypto trading or intents systems experience is a plus).
