What you will do
- Collaborate with developers and designers to continuously improve software and business processes.

Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of real-world experience in software development with JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with Node.js backends and MongoDB (or other NoSQL databases).
- Understanding of software architecture patterns and ability to contribute to technical strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Startup mentality, adaptability, initiative, and a passion for making an impact.
- Product-minded approach, balancing technical needs with user experience.
- Fluent English required for international team collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Experience with NextJS.
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Exposure to AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, or CloudFront.
- Understanding of security best practices in web development.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with designers, product managers, and QA.
