What you will do

• Provide technical leadership to the development team, promoting best practices and high-quality code.
• Develop fullstack solutions using TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Design, implement, and maintain AWS-based architectures.
• Mentor team members through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with product and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, and security.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Fullstack Developer.
• Solid knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Good experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead or in a technical leadership role.
• Experience managing and mentoring people.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setup.

Nice to have
