Content Manager

TL;DR

Content Manager (Marketing Communications): Planning, creating, and executing high-quality content, campaigns, and events across channels, markets, and partners. Focus on hands-on creation, execution, and production to strengthen brand reach and support hirify.global's growth.

Location: This role requires authorization to work in Sweden as it’s based in Sweden. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time, but we welcome applications from everyone eligible to work in the EU. Hybrid work setup, flexible hours, and two weeks a year to work fully remote from anywhere in the world.

What you will do

• Contribute to and help execute the annual marketing & communication plan.
• Plan, create, and publish content across hirify.global's marketing channels.
• Plan, produce, and execute virtual and physical events, including webinars and in-person conferences.
• Create compelling content for social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok/Reels.
• Coordinate and implement partner marketing campaigns across multiple markets and channels.
• Develop, publish, and optimize website content, including product updates and SEO initiatives.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in Marketing/Communications (YH, University College, or University) or equivalent.
• Bring a minimum of 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or a similar digital marketing environment.
• Have hands-on experience from creating and editing content - including text, images, and video.
• See yourself as a digital native, confident using tools like editing software, CMS, and CRM tools.
• Are confident in working with content production through AI.
• Are fluent in Swedish and English.
