What you will do
- Identify and engage new premium-segment brand clients, turning them into long-term partners.
- Develop tailored account strategies that align with business goals and serve as the trusted advisor for clients.
- Identify and cultivate key partnerships to amplify our impact and explore opportunities for joint ventures.
- Craft compelling pitches, proposals, and sales presentations that demonstrate real business value.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key commercial accounts, ensuring long-term success.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, communication or similar level.
- Proven experience from consultative (enterprise) sales and B2B business development (min. 4 years).
- Excellent verbal and business writing skills in English.
- Strategic expertise on human rights, workers’ rights, supply chains and market context or a strong aptitude to learn.
- Experience working with MS Dynamics 365/Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
