What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for tech and SaaS roles.
• Source top talent globally using platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub.
• Optimize ATS (Greenhouse) and leverage AI tools for sourcing and screening.
• Conduct structured interviews and coordinate interview panels.
• Track recruitment metrics and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
• Document processes and improve workflows in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment, recruiting for SaaS and tech roles with full lifecycle management.
• Deep experience sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities.
• Advanced user of Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms.
• Hands-on experience conducting screening calls and collaborating with hiring managers.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
