Salary: $154,000–$208,500

What you will do

• Serve as program lead for hirify.global’s critical strategic technology partnerships, driving alignment and momentum.
• Develop and execute detailed program plans with clear milestones, metrics, and governance structures.
• Establish and orchestrate operating rhythms across multiple cross-functional teams to track progress and manage dependencies.
• Identify risks, issues, and resource constraints early, driving escalation and mitigation paths.
• Act as the primary coordination and communication point across internal teams, facilitating decision-making.
• Create, refine, and scale repeatable frameworks, tools, and processes for improved operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program management experience in fast-paced, highly cross-functional environments, preferably in enterprise SaaS, technology partnerships, or fintech.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-workstream programs involving technical, operational, and business teams.
• Strong program management skills including governance, planning, cross-functional orchestration, and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently with strong ownership and resourcefulness.
• Experience managing strategic technology or data-related partnerships, with familiarity in AI/LLM ecosystems preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
