What you will do

• Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover customer challenges and determine hirify.global's value.
• Build relationships with technical leaders and decision-makers, providing guidance on API lifecycle best practices.
• Design and deliver tailored proofs of concept, demos, and workshops highlighting hirify.global’s strengths.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align plans and drive customer goals.
• Maintain deep understanding of hirify.global's capabilities, the API ecosystem, and industry trends (e.g., AI in API design, DevOps, API security).
• Collect and share customer insights with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and create technical content showcasing API use cases and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or related roles.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in REST and GraphQL APIs, API lifecycle management tools (e.g., hirify.global, Swagger/OpenAPI, Kong, Apigee), CI/CD and automation, or Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with comfort in customer-facing presentations.
• Ability to travel up to 25% across the EMEA region.
