• Guide teams in developing AI solutions to improve customer support efficiency and deflection.

• Partner with senior leadership to influence engineering and product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Experienced in managing managers (leads) across multiple teams.
• Prior experience dealing with event-driven architectures and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, ActiveMQ).
• Experienced in designing and developing complex modern web applications.
• Excellent communication skills, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals and system troubleshooting.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly in English.
