What you will do

• Execute a comprehensive partner strategy for EMEA aligned with global objectives.
• Own sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through motions across various partner types, including GSIs, OEMs, Acquirers, Payment Processors, Hyperscalers, and ISVs.
• Build and nurture executive-level relationships with strategic partners.
• Lead partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement programs tailored to regional needs.
• Drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue growth across key verticals.
• Manage partner governance, reporting, and performance metrics using BI tools and PRM systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role within the software industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful global partner strategies
• Experience working with diverse partner types, including System Integrators, Referral, OEMs, Resellers, and Technology partners
• Familiarity with AI, big data, and machine learning technologies.
• Fluent in English

• Spanish, French or Italian language skills preferred.
