What you will do
- Convert high-value prospects into hirify.global partners by communicating value and ensuring business objectives are met.
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach through calls, emails, and social media to engage potential new partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and discovery to negotiation and closing of partnership agreements.
- Maintain CRM accuracy by logging all sales activities and prospect interactions in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve sales skills.
- Inspire others by caring for your own wellbeing and promoting a supportive environment for work-life wellness.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in high-volume outbound sales roles with experience managing the full sales cycle.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage a high volume of daily tasks.
- Resilience and drive to handle rejection and achieve sales targets.
- Comfortable using CRM software like Salesforce.
