• Develop engaging narratives that simplify complex topics.
• Oversee social strategy, SEO programs, and web content to maximize reach and engagement.
• Partner with product, demand generation, and sales teams to align content with the customer journey.
• Drive innovation in content formats and digital distribution, including responsible use of AI tools.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of content writing experience in B2B tech, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven ability to craft both long-form and short-form content with authority and impact.
• Exceptional writing, editing, grammar, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
• Comfortable using AI as a tool while ensuring human-refined final output.
• Collaborative, deadline-driven, and highly organized.
