What you will do
- Lead the US Demand Generation function, owning pipeline creation for ENT and SMB segments.
- Build, manage, and scale campaign calendars across paid media, CRM, content, events, and webinars.
- Drive demand through always-on inbound, high-intent conversion paths, and ABM programs in partnership with Sales.
- Track performance, optimize ROI, and collaborate with Marketing Ops, RevOps, and Sales.
- Oversee execution of in-person and online events, grounded in demand goals.
- Manage budget, team, and agency resources to drive efficiency and scale.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B demand generation experience in high-growth SaaS, B2B2C marketplaces, or tech environments.
- Deep understanding of the modern B2B marketing landscape, including sales-aligned go-to-market motions, multi-touch attribution, and the importance of driving measurable revenue impact.
- Expertise across the full marketing funnel: from big brand moments to fast-moving inbound to sales-assisted ABM.
- Proven success building pipeline in B2B SaaS, ideally with a mix of velocity (SMB) and considered (Enterprise) sales cycles.
- Experience leading high-performing teams and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Ops.
- Deep knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, performance reporting, and attribution.
