Salary: $125,000–$135,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Design, refine, and implement business or technical processes using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or ITIL.
• Develop clear and comprehensive documentation for internal and external end users, particularly junior IT audiences.
• Measure and report on process success metrics to evaluate performance, efficiency, and impact.
• Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to align documentation and process design with strategic goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all deliverables.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in process design and improvement using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN.
• 10+ years of experience creating and maintaining end-user documentation for IT or technical operations teams.
• 10+ years of experience in success measurement, performance tracking, and reporting on process or program effectiveness.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to structure, tone, and consistency.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining high output quality.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Background in large-scale customer success, technical support, or enterprise operations environments.
• Familiarity with cloud services or enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Experience developing success measurement frameworks or dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Excel).
• Professional certification in process improvement or service management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, ITIL Foundation, PMP).
• Prior experience in documentation design for global or distributed teams.
