Focus on designing reusable assets, solving real enterprise challenges across the API lifecycle, and integrating hirify.global into existing customer toolchains.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, New York (USA), Bangalore, Hyderabad (India), or London (UK) with 3-days a week in the office required.

Salary: $210,000–$240,000

What you will do

• Prove hirify.global at scale by creating reference architectures for API governance, security, and automated testing.
• Build reusable demos, technical demo kits, and "Workshop-in-a-Box" playbooks.
• Translate lighthouse customer successes into whitepapers and technical talks for enterprise influence.
• Drive Agent Mode adoption in the Enterprise, gathering feedback and working closely with Product Management.
• Represent hirify.global at enterprise developer conferences, webinars, and CISO/CTO forums.
• Partner with PMM and Sales Engineering to ensure field enablement with credible assets.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, API design, or developer tooling roles.
• 3–5 years in developer advocacy, developer relations, or similar external-facing technical roles.
• Significant exposure to large enterprise environments (as an API engineer, architect, or technical lead).
• Hands-on experience with API design, CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and enterprise integration workflows.
• Proven ability to tell stories that resonate with developers and technical decision makers.
• Experience packaging technical solutions into reusable assets.
