What you will do

• Lead regional marketing strategy and execution to drive pipeline growth.
• Build and engage with customer, partner, and industry communities.
• Plan and execute regional events, digital programs, and ABM programs.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and partner teams to align marketing efforts.
• Manage regional budgets and reporting.
• Ensure consistent brand representation and proactively surface insights from the field.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or a comparable field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years + of experience in SaaS technology, preferably the fintech sector, in the LATAM region.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• A track record of working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
