What you will do
- Identify, research, and pursue new B2B opportunities through various outreach channels.
- Use innovative tactics to build pipeline and connect with prospective clients.
- Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close, including discovery, presenting solutions, and negotiation.
- Deeply understand customer pain points and position hirify.global as a strategic partner.
- Contribute to a collaborative sales culture and inspire wellbeing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in new business acquisition.
- SaaS or PaaS sales experience, or equivalent B2B tech environment experience.
- Excellent communication skills with genuine curiosity and active listening.
- Self-starter mentality, comfort with ambiguity, strong organization, and adaptability.
- Experience using Salesforce and familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach or Salesloft.
