TL;DR

SMB Sales Executive (Sales): Driving hirify.global’s growth in the SMB segment by owning the entire new business process from prospecting to closing. Focus on developing scalable, high-velocity sales strategies and building lasting customer relationships.

Location: Hybrid in New York (US). The base salary range for other US locations may vary.

Salary: $70,000–$83,000 USD (annual base salary).

What you will do

  • Identify, research, and pursue new B2B opportunities through various outreach channels.
  • Use innovative tactics to build pipeline and connect with prospective clients.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close, including discovery, presenting solutions, and negotiation.
  • Deeply understand customer pain points and position hirify.global as a strategic partner.
  • Contribute to a collaborative sales culture and inspire wellbeing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in new business acquisition.
  • SaaS or PaaS sales experience, or equivalent B2B tech environment experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with genuine curiosity and active listening.
  • Self-starter mentality, comfort with ambiguity, strong organization, and adaptability.
  • Experience using Salesforce and familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Passion for wellbeing and helping people live healthier lives.
