Product/Project Manager

TL;DR

Product/Project Manager (Software): Helping clients determine and prioritize business needs, assessing project relevance and exploring alternatives with an accent on the value of efforts invested. Focus on market research, high-quality decision-making, and leading project teams to flawless execution.

Location: Work from the office in Lisbon, with the option to work remotely on Wednesdays. If you are not in Lisbon, relocation can be arranged after the probation period to Lisbon, Portugal. A relocation package is provided.

What you will do

• Work closely with stakeholders and customers to identify optimal strategies for achieving expected results.
• Analyze competitor products and market trends to assist clients/stakeholders in creating the best products.
• Perform market research in specified areas in cooperation with top management.
• Work closely with designers on UX/UI for end-users.
• Take the lead in project teams and product development.
• Manage a team of 5+ and coordinate resources for project execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager in a software development area.
• Experience in defining product and business requirements in the context of software and technical development.
• Experience deconstructing product components to detail.
• Experience explaining technical concepts simply to both technical and non-technical people.
• Experience in software solutions creation from scratch.
• Advanced / Fluent English

Nice to have

• Project manager experience will be a plus.
